Description: Project Description MBTA Contract No. R16CN02 This project will build new permanent employee facilities at (4) MBTA properties, Wellington Yard, Orient Heights Yard, Codman Yard and South Boston Power Complex. Proposed at each location is (1) conditioned single story crew quarters building, and (1) unconditioned storage building. The crew buildings are 3500-5000sf each. The unconditioned storage buildings are 1800-4000sf each.
