Description: The City of Goodyear, (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction design phase services and complete construction phase services for the Estrella Parkway and MC85 Intersection Improvements (Project). The CMAR will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process. Construction of the Project will be by the CMAR delivery method.
