CM-R: Student Housing Construction 2026 RFP

Description: Seeking CMR experienced A/E for the construction of a multi-floor student housing complex, consisting of approx. 300 beds. Supporting space consisting of a laundry area, study spaces, public restrooms, flexible floor for meeting space and student activities. The first floor to host a retail food service retail area. Exact footprint to be determined and may involve considerable site work. The project will qualify for 2 Green Globes.
