The project will provide significant upgrades to the city’s wastewater treatment plant biosolids handling facilities, including sludge thickening facilities, biosolids dewatering systems, thermal drying equipment, conveyors and cake handling systems, a septage receiving station, odor control systems, associated piping and pump systems, electrical and instrumentation improvements, SCADA integration, site improvements, and construction of a new administration/operations building.
