CM/GC Wastewater Treatment Plan Biosolids Improvements (Request for Proposal)

Description: CM/GC - services for preconstruction and construction of the wastewater treatment plant biosolids improvements project. The project will provide significant upgrades to the city’s wastewater treatment plant biosolids handling facilities, including sludge thickening facilities, biosolids dewatering systems, thermal drying equipment, conveyors and cake handling systems, a septage receiving station, odor control systems, associated piping and pump systems, electrical and instrumentation improvements, SCADA integration, site improvements, and construction of a new administration/operations building. The work must be coordinated with continued operation of the existing wastewater treatment facility.
