Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the National Avenue Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Work includes to provide construction manager/general contractor for improvements project includes demolition of aging electrical gear, control systems and the ultraviolet (uv) disinfection process equipment and replacing it with new equipment. Other work associated with the project includes relocating chemical feed pumps and adding a safety shower at the chemical storage area inside the national avenue main sewer pump station. The improvements also include physical security improvements, minor seismic and structural improvements, full replacement of the end-of-life control system, electrical equipment, and motor control center. The replacement of the existing motor control centers includes replacing five motor starters, two vfds, and other associated mechanical and electrical work.
