Description: The City of Houston, Texas is soliciting bids via ITB-2026-0018 from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive real-time stenographic closed captioning services for live broadcasts, recorded programs, and post-production content produced by various City departments (including the Mayor's Office, Houston Public Works, and Administration & Regulatory Affairs). The selected vendor must furnish all labor, management, supervision, equipment, software, supplies, and technical expertise necessary to deliver accurate and compliant captioning under the ADA, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and FCC regulations. The resulting contract is for a three-year term with two optional one-year renewals.
