Cleaning and/or Mold Remediation, NPS-CRLA RFP

Description: The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning, mold remediation, and interior restoration services for seven historic residential units at Crater Lake National Park. The work includes unit cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial treatment, air purification, dehumidification, selective demolition, drywall or plaster repair, painting, testing, and clearance documentation. The solicitation is a firm-fixed-price, total small-business set-aside requiring safety plans, insurance, bonds, SAM registration, and completion during a 30-day window between March 1 and May 31, 2027.
