Cleaning and Impregnation of CLET Heat Exchangers
The U.S. Army issued this commercial-services RFQ as a total small-business set-aside, not a grant program, for cleaning, impregnation, and testing services for CLET heat-exchanger manifolds. The work includes first-article samples, cleaning and impregnation of specified hydraulic manifolds and heater-tube manifolds, proof-pressure testing, and related test reports at Letterkenny Army Depot. Quotes are due October 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and the anticipated period of performance is October 28, 2026, through October 27, 2031.
