The selected firm will develop Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for converting approximately 4.5 miles of one-way roadways to two-way operations along McKinney Avenue, Harvard Avenue, Cole Avenue, Carlisle Street, and Allen Street, including relocation of trolley tracks and overhead catenary systems, street and intersection reconstruction, and intersection/signal/lighting/pedestrian improvements. The project is a partnership between the City of Dallas and the Texas Department of Transportation (CSJ 0918-47-286), with qualification submittals due by 1:00 PM CDT on August 21, 2026.

Altec Step Through Bucket RFP
