CITY PARK ENCLOSED SHELTER RENOVATIONS

Description: The City of Lamar is soliciting bids to update and fully enclose the existing “enclosed shelter” at City Park. The work includes insulation, a metal ceiling, washable wall panels, kitchen counters and sink, windows and doors, mini-split heating and air conditioning, lighting and electrical work, ceiling fans, bathroom stalls, and roof replacement, with bidders pricing both asphalt-shingle and painted-metal roofing options.
