Right-of-way Services - Sullivan/Trent Interchange, Stage 1, 2 and 3 (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Assist the city's right-of-way agent with acquisition for approx 20 property owners along Sullivan Road and Trent Avenue for the three federally funded stages of the Sullivan/Trent Interchange project. Services may include: personal property only (PPO) relocations; conducting appraisals, review appraisals, and/or waiver valuations; title research support; coordinating and negotiating with property owners; administrative settlement documentation; and preparing final conveyance documents.
