Description: The City of Olympia is soliciting sealed bids for Project No. PRJ-25-000239, the 2025 CIPP project, which provides for the rehabilitation of approximately 2,325 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer pipe by Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) methods. Work includes temporary sewer bypass, removal of obstructions (roots, intruding mortar, intruding laterals), reinstatement of sewer laterals, and related items in accordance with the Contract Documents, with an Engineer's probable opinion of cost between $340,000 and $420,000.
