The Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, equipment, and labor required to construct and commission a new power system for the Dike B Operator unit. The scope of work involves comprehensive site preparation to support the construction of a reinforced concrete generator pad and the installation of secure perimeter fencing. The Contractor is responsible for the procurement and installation of a standalone, propane-powered generator and a corresponding propane fuel storage tank. Following the physical installation, the Contractor shall execute all final electrical connections and integration into the existing sluice gate operator unit and control panel.
