City of Lincoln Downtown Bike Network - (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The selected consultant shall provide all professional engineering services necessary to prepare traffic and site analysis and design, environmental documentation (as applicable), public involvement, final design, plans, specifications, estimates (PS&E), and supporting technical documentation required for the Downtown Lincoln Bike Network Project. Services will include project management, coordination with City and NDOT staff, engineering analysis, public engagement, development of construction documents, and preparation of engineer's cost estimates.
