CITY OF HACKENSACK REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CITY PROSECUTOR

Description: The City of Hackensack is soliciting sealed qualification statements through a fair-and-open process for the provision of professional services as City Prosecutor. Submissions must be mailed or hand-delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at 65 Central Avenue, 3rd Floor, Hackensack, New Jersey 07601, and fax or email responses are not accepted. The Municipal Appointing Authority will publicly select the professional, subject to confirmation or approval as required by law or ordinance.
