Description: The Orange County Water District (OCWD) is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of the City of Fullerton's Well 10 PFAS Water Treatment Plant Project on behalf of the City of Fullerton, pursuant to a 2020 PFAS Treatment Facilities and Program Agreement.
