City of Dubuque Healthy Homes Project for 380 Bradley RFP

Description: Work includes remove and dispose of existing flooring. Provide and install new luxury vinyl plank (lvp) flooring with a 20 mil wear layer, including all materials necessary for a complete installation. Inspect the subfloor and repair all uneven, minor damaged, and/or minor deteriorated areas to create a smooth and level base suitable for flooring installation. Include 10% subfloor repair/replacement in the pricing. If substantial additional repairs that are not visible until the flooring is removed are needed, contact the inspector before proceeding.
