Qualified firms will possess technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience to complete the projects described in this request for price quotations ( rfpq ). Specifically, the city is seeking a qualified firm with the following expertise: 1. Capacity, knowledge, experience and ability to safely perform underwater infrastructure inspections, cleaning and remedial repairs. 2. Experience in developing thorough and clear documentation of underwater infrastructure inspection, cleaning and repair services.
