City Hall & Library Interior Renovation Project RFP

Description: Work inlcudes selective demolition and removal of existing vinyl wall covering, and preparation of wall surfaces to receive a new level 5 gypsum board finish; removal of existing rubber base where indicated and gypsum board repair; painting of prepared wall surfaces and of doors, frames, and trim scheduled for paint; limited room modifications, new and modified plastic-laminate casework, and a new barn door; modernization of the controls of the two (2) existing hydraulic passenger elevators (one at city hall and one at the library); related patching, sealants, salvage and re-installation of accessories, and finishes.
