CISA Strategic Cyber Tools Buying RFP

Description: The scope of this contract is to procure cybersecurity tools and advisory services supporting large scale procurements and license tracking of cyber SW, products, and tools. The Contractor shall support CISA with strategic and transactional procurement support, enterprise license management, and direct materials purchasing on behalf of the FCEB (including CFO Act and non-CFO Act agencies). Herein and after FCEB refers to both CFO Act and non-CFO Act agencies. The Contractor shall directly support CB to implement an efficient SW buying management process and associated procurement support platforms with the capability to cover, at minimum, a $600M cyber SW procurement footprint per year, equating to a value of approximately $6B or more over the contract lifecycle.
