Chimney Replacement Project -Memorial Town Hall North Haven RFP

Description: Work includes removal and replacement of the existing brick chimney from the roofline upward at memorial town hall. Also includes demolition; protection of the existing roof, flashing, siding, gutters, and surrounding building components from damage; new chimney construction beginning at the existing roofline and to a height that meets building codes for new chimney construction; installation of new flashing, counterflashing, and base flashing per manufacturer s recommendations; installation of new waterproof ice-and-water membrane around chimney perimeter and penetrations; installation of reinforced concrete chimney crown with overhang and drip edge; installation of stainless-steel chimney cap; replacement of existing flue liner above crown, if applicable.
