Description: Remove and replace existing two 245-ton chillers including the removal and replacement of four existing pumps, piping, valves, variable frequence drives, all power sources and miscellaneous mechanical equipment. Remove and replace two variable frequency drives. The Project will provide temporary chilled water during construction replacing the chillers and pumps for non-interruption of building operation, including temporary air-cooled chiller, pumps, valves, piping, and power for the duration of construction.
