Children’s and Women’s Hospital Interventional Radiology 1st Floor Renovation RFP

Description: This project includes renovation to the first floor of the Children’s and Women’s Hospital to add one Interventional Radiology Operating Room. This renovation will be located on the south corner of the existing surgical department. The renovation will require the sterile corridor to be extended to ensure access to the interventional room from the restricted area is achieved. The scope will require multiple departments to be relocated, including Medical Records offices, the surgical business offices, Surgical Consult Room, Endoscopy Exam Room and Surgical Frozen Section Room. The renovation areas include the First Floor, 2nd Floor Roof, and above ceiling of the basement level.
