Chestnut Ridge School District - New Elementary School Addition

Work includes construction of a new 62,000 SF, two-level elementary school addition to the existing middle school. The project includes all building construction and systems, fully integrated with the existing middle school, including but not limited to: foundations, structural systems, roofing, facade and building envelope components, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and fire alarm systems. The scope of work also includes all revised and new site work, including but not limited to: site excavation; stockpiling of excess excavation materials and topsoil; erosion and sediment control measures; stormwater utilities; sanitary utilities; electrical utilities; installation of a new water line from an off-site connection; revised and new curbing; asphalt paving; concrete sidewalks, steps, and aprons; final landscaping; and playground areas, including surfaces, fencing, and gates.
