Description: Work includes 2,038 LF install tree protection fencing and perform root pruning; 1 LS payment to tree preservation trust fnd; 1 EA palm removals; 1 EA small - medium tree removals; 11 EA tree and palm relocations on-site; 231 LF remove and dispose, existing curb; remove and dispose, existing park rules sign to be performed by city; existing park monument sign to remain in current location; 756 SY remove and dispose concrete pad and basketball court; 541 SY remove and dispose asphalt walkway; 1 LS removal of existing playgrounds (2), shade structures, and associated footings and furnishings; remove and dispose of existing picnic table & bike rack to be performed by city.
