The objective of this procurement is to obtain a one-year contract with a vendor to support GPO’s building chillers and cooling towers. This contract would ensure that the building chillers and cooling towers are correctly maintained and serviced. The vendor will maintain and service GPO’s chillers and cooling towers with minimal downtime and equipment failures. The coontractor will service all equipment, take water samples, deliver the ordered chemical, and pump the chemical into our chemical feed tanks on monthly basis.
