Chemical Feed Line 2026 RFP

Description: Work includes repair and resecurement of existing chemical feed lines, unions and other pieces of the chemical/air delivery system repair where the pipe has separated. This should include, but not be limited to the repositioning of existing ballast blocks, the addition of a minimum of six more concrete ballast blocks as needed to adequately secure the carrier line, so as to withstand the pumping of water containing chlorine gas and/or air through them and the changing of ice and wave actions. Additional block ballasts should be notched, banded, and secured with a material so as to protect the carrier pipe and maintain block positioning along the carrier pipe. Heavy grade connectors and fasteners to be utilized to withstand the forces and stresses of lake conditions.
