Description: Provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the checked baggage inspection system (CBIS) modernization project. Project generally includes construction of a new CBIS/CBRA facility connected to the existing terminal, installation and integration of a modern baggage handling and screening system, related terminal modifications, demolition and removal of existing TSA screening pods and associated baggage handling equipment, utility relocations, site/civil improvements, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, security, communications, controls, commissioning, testing, phasing, and other supporting work necessary to deliver a complete and operational CBIS facility
