Chabad SW Project

Description: The project program includes a new community, education, worship, and gathering facility serving chabad sw portland. Program areas are anticipated to include assembly/worship space, classrooms, offices, kitchen and food service areas, multipurpose gathering areas, restrooms, building support spaces, storage, and associated circulation. Site program includes on-site parking, pedestrian walks, accessible routes, play area improvements, landscape areas, stormwater facilities, site lighting, trash/recycling service areas, and required utility infrastructure. The building will include code-required life safety systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, telecom, and security infrastructure.
