CH-53K Electrical Optical (EO) / Infrared (IR) Sensor System Competition

Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (PMA 261) issued Solicitation N0001927R1000 on July 17, 2026 for a full-and-open Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP IDIQ) contract to provide Electrical Optical (EO) / Infrared (IR) sensor systems for the CH-53K program covering non‑recurring engineering, production (forward fit, retrofit, spares), testing, logistics, data, and program support over an estimated seven-year performance period. The solicitation and attachments are posted in the DoD PIEE Solicitation Module (restricted access); companies must submit a written request with a certified DD Form 2345 and have an active SAM.gov registration to gain access, and approved technical documents will be distributed via DoD SAFE.
