CGRA Business Park Training Facility Project

The project includes the complete work necessary for the Community College (tenant) aviation maintenance technology (CGCC AMT) facility and consists of one building totaling approx. 10,000 SF a fully sprinklered, two-story structure with concrete slab on grade floor with a wood framed partial second floor contained inside the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), varying in clear height. A full interior for first floor and limited second floor are planned to include fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical fit-out. A second approx, 440 SF one-story structure with concrete slab on grade floor will be constructed adjacent to and part of the main building and will act as the enclosure for the horizontal rolling hangar door. Building related site work consisting of excavation/grading, hard surfacing, landscaping, seeding, site amenities, and installation of storm, water, sanitary waste, and other utilities is also included.
