Central Receiving and Emergency Operations Improvements RFP

Description: Work includes interior renovations to existing second- and third-floor office suites to accommodate a new emergency operations center/conference room, lounge area, reception space, and upgrades to the existing boardroom. Work includes selective demolition, new partitions, doors and glazing, interior finishes, and integration or modification of audiovisual, power, data, hvac, lighting, fire protection, and related building systems.
