Cedar Creek Trenching RFP

Description: The project consists of cutting a 12 foot section of concrete walkway and completing an approx. 60 LF trench between structures to support installation of new conduit. Schedule 80 PVC will be placed within the trench, with Schedule 40 PVC extended above grade up exterior walls to establish new conduit penetrations at a height of 7 FT above grade. Work includes installing all conduit and fittings in accordance with applicable NEC and WAC requirements, supporting exterior conduit per code, backfilling and compacting the trench, and sealing all wall penetrations to maintain building envelope integrity. The conduit system will remain un terminated for future wire pulls and will be capped to prevent debris and moisture intrusion.
