Cecil County Courthouse Elevator Renovation RFP

Description: Cecil County is soliciting bids to renovate and modernize two elevators in the East and West Towers of the courthouse, located in the 1938 and 1965 wings and currently in poor operating condition. The work includes replacement or modernization of hoistway equipment, elevator cars, entrances, controls, wiring, machine-room equipment, and major mechanical components, while excluding the elevator added in 2014. This is an Invitation For Bid procurement, with responses due October 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and bids opening at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
