Description: Consulting firms familiar with performing Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) Services on State Department of Transportation highway construction contracts These services may include, but may not be limited to, construction project management, construction engineering and inspection, sampling and testing, construction surveying for layout and verification, environmental compliance, and other services to ensure the project progresses in accordance with the proposed schedule and SCDOT's standards, specifications, and contract provisions. Services may include specialized adherence to Federal Transit Administration regulations and providing field documentation in support of the Project’s reporting requirements (the actual reporting is not in this scope of work and will be done by others).
