CCTV Optical Enlargement Device - Desktop

Description: The University of Waterloo's Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool and Assessment Centre (SEEPAC) is soliciting bids for desktop video-based closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment designed to function as reading devices for persons with visual impairments. Bidders must provide devices specifically engineered as assistive technology for the visually impaired; general CCTV equipment will not be eligible. The contract term runs from November 10, 2026 through December 31, 2027, with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms, and equipment will be supplied under Ontario's Assistive Devices Program for lease to eligible Ontario residents.
