CCCF Dayroom Curtain Wall Water Intrusion RFP

Description: Work consists of Dayroom Curtain Wall Water Intrusion. Perform leak investigation and water testing at designated window/wall assemblies; Remove failed backer rod and sealant and install new joint sealant per DOC requirements; Install new stainless steel flashing, fluid-applied waterproofing, and associated components at sill and jamb locations; Remove and reinstall electrical equipment, outlet shrouds, call boxes, and cameras as needed for exterior repairs; Remove and replace exterior concrete panels as necessary to re-establish proper drainage; Replace damaged spandrel glass or insulated metal infill panels at window assemblies; Perform interior dayroom repairs including drywall, paint, and finish restoration as needed.
