Repair of the building envelope of the Klamath Falls main office. The base bid work will consist of removal, disposal, and replacement of siding and trim, and roofing. Scope of the project includes: removal, disposal, and replacement of existing siding and trim, including concealed building paper and flashings, removal and replacement of existing roofing, including underlayment and flashings. Removal and replacement of gutters and downspouts, unit pricing to be provided for replacement of damaged plywood sheathing and rafter tails on an as- needed basis. Add alternate no. 1: removal and replacement of vinyl window assemblies.
