Cattlemen's Association Education Center Project

Description: Work generally includes construction of a new one-story pre-engineered metal building approx. 17,500 gross SF. The building is a roof covered outdoor area with limited enclosed space. It includes two (2) enclosed restrooms and one (1) enclosed Storage Room. There is a partial concrete slab for a livestock demonstration area, audience gathering, and the three (3) enclosed rooms. The scope of work includes but is not limited to site work, landscaping, asphalt paving, limited concrete paving, hollow metal work, finish hardware, thermal and moisture protection, pre-engineered metal building, interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
