Catholic Charities Pinellas Hope Rehabilitation Project RFP
Work for this project focuses on critical infrastructure rehabilitation and emergency preparedness enhancements for the facility. The capital improvements consist of the following components: component 1: residential housing preservation: complete removal and replacement of the roofing systems on five (5) distinct residential apartment buildings totaling 35,442 square feet, to ensure structural integrity, weatherization, and long-term client safety. Work includes permitting, full tear-off, decking inspection, re-nailing of decking to meet current building codes, replacement of all rotted wood, and install self-adhering leak barrier over the entire roof deck, install dimensional shingles, install cobra ridge vent or equivalent product. Component 2: emergency power resiliency: purchase and installation of a 60kw commercial generator.
