Catholic Charities Pinellas Hope Rehabilitation Project RFP

Description: Work for this project focuses on critical infrastructure rehabilitation and emergency preparedness enhancements for the facility. The capital improvements consist of the following components: component 1: residential housing preservation: complete removal and replacement of the roofing systems on five (5) distinct residential apartment buildings totaling 35,442 square feet, to ensure structural integrity, weatherization, and long-term client safety. Work includes permitting, full tear-off, decking inspection, re-nailing of decking to meet current building codes, replacement of all rotted wood, and install self-adhering leak barrier over the entire roof deck, install dimensional shingles, install cobra ridge vent or equivalent product. Component 2: emergency power resiliency: purchase and installation of a 60kw commercial generator.
