Catering Services for Holiday Luncheon and LYNX Roadeo RFP

Description: Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority d/b/a LYNX is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full catering services for its Holiday Luncheon and LYNX Roadeo event in Orlando, Florida. The scope includes menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, staffed service, cleanup, breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, equipment, dietary accommodations, and required insurance and food-safety documentation. Responses are due October 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern, and the active RFQ identifies no pre-bid conference.
