Cairo Senior Center Project(RFP)
Work includes, but is not limited to Partial building demolition. The replacement of the metal roofing and siding at the front façade, new exterior wall insulation and additional attic insulation, new windows and doors, new interior partitions and finishes. New covered entries, landscaping. New concrete entry paving, asphalt paving, new site lighting, abandonment of existing septic tank and connection to municipal sewer and water system, installation of new grease trap, septic tanks, and pump station. Mechanical systems for the entire building are to be replaced to provide new heating, cooling, and ventilation. Plumbing systems for new lavatories and utility sinks, hose bibs, and new sewer pumps. Electrical systems, including all new wiring throughout for power distribution, lighting, and mechanical equipment, exterior lighting, electrical connections to new sewer pumps.
