Description: Work includes carpet removal & commercial lvp flooring installation; remove and dispose of existing carpet, carpet pad, tack strips, staples, adhesive residue, and associated debris; prepare existing floor substrate for installation of new lvp; provide normal patching and preparation necessary for a professional flooring installation; furnish and install approximately 600 square feet of commercial-grade lvp; furnish and install new commercial-grade cove base to coordinate with existing wall color and adjacent carpet/flooring; provide all necessary transition strips, reducers, thresholds, and related accessories; remove all construction debris and leave work areas clean and ready for occupancy/use.
