On-Call General Construction Services Pool RFP
Washington County is seeking to establish an on-call pool of approved general contractors for construction services on County-owned and/or leased properties, with individual projects not exceeding $500,000. Potential work includes remodeling, demolition, building-system upgrades, new construction, rehabilitation, and the provision of associated labor, materials, equipment, trades, coordination, and technical expertise.
