Carousel House Site & Building Improvements (Request for Proposals)

Description: Carousel House site & Building Improvements project. The project includes an adaptive re-use and renovation of the existing Carousel House building, in additional to two new additions for the new natatorium and gymnasium. Interior renovations will include ADA accessibility updates, a new gathering area, a 2-court gym, a lap pool & activity pool, an art & ceramics room, a fitness room, 2 multi-purpose rooms, a computer room, state of the art MEP systems, new finishes, and restrooms. Exterior improvements include an expanded parking lot, new playground, loading and bus drop-off area, site fencing, and new landscaping.
