Description: Scope of work: Project is an occupied, targeted renovation. Selectively demolish and/or salvage building and site features as indicated. Install new exterior, at grade, HVAC package units. Connect to existing interior ductwork, grilles, registers, and diffusers. Renovate upstairs single-user toilet room and add a new one next to it. Renovate downstairs toilet rooms. Selected Alternates may add to this scope.
