The contractor shall execute the upgrade of the protection system, which includes replacing existing protective relays with modern Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) microprocessor-based relay systems, fabricating and installing purpose-built cubicle protection panel doors, and removing terminating, and integrating Owner-Furnished Equipment(OFE) currently housed in temporary onsite panels.
