CalSim Model Development and Application

Description: The California Department of Water Resources is seeking qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification for engineering services supporting the development, enhancement, and application of CalSim modeling tools. The work covers CalSim 3, CalLite, CalSimHydro, CS3RimInflow, CS3HIST, WRIMS, water-use and hydrology modeling, and calibration and validation for Central Valley Project and State Water Project operations. This is a professional-services procurement, not a grant program; the estimated contract value is $1,000,000-$10,000,000 and responses are due September 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
